By accessing and using the services of GTAsync (hereinafter referred to as ‘The Platform’ or ‘The Website’), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any provisions, you may not register or use any services provided by GTAsync.

This Agreement governs the relationship between the User (hereinafter ‘you’ or ‘the User’) and GTAsync in the provision of services, purchase of boosting packages, and the use of any tools available on The Platform. By accessing The Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Definitions

The following terms shall apply throughout this Agreement:

User: A person who uses the services and tools provided by The Platform, either to purchase boosting services or manage their profile.
Boosting Services: Actions carried out by professional players to improve a User’s in-game performance, including cash boosts, RP boosts, modded vehicles, outfits, and other game-related enhancements.
Account: The User’s GTA Online account that is subject to the boosting services.
The Platform: GTAsync, which provides the infrastructure and tools for offering and receiving boosting services.
Service Provider: A professional gamer responsible for delivering the requested boost.
Order: The User’s request for boosting services, based on the packages offered on The Platform.
Payment Processor: Third-party financial entities, such as Stripe, which handle all payment transactions.

3. Services Provided

GTAsync offers boosting services to enhance your GTA Online account. Our services may include cash boosts, RP boosts, modded vehicles, high-end accounts, and other in-game benefits. All services are digital and will be delivered to your specified GTA Online account.

You acknowledge that by purchasing these services, the in-game progress is the result of professional boosting. You understand and accept the risks of using these services in relation to any terms set forth by Rockstar Games.

4. User Account and Registration

4.1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have obtained permission from a parent or guardian to use our services. By registering, you agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your account details.

4.2. Account Use: Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account and for any activity that occurs under their account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately.

4.3. Prohibited Actions: Users may not use the Platform for any fraudulent or unlawful activities. Sharing of accounts with third parties or using another person’s account is strictly prohibited.

5. Payment and Refunds

5.1. Payment: Payments for boosting services are processed through third-party payment providers, such as Stripe. The Platform does not have access to your financial details. All transactions are secure, and your payment information is protected.

5.2. Refunds: We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If the service is not delivered as described, you are entitled to a full refund. Refunds must be requested within 7 days of the purchase. Refunds will not be provided for completed services unless the service delivered does not match the description.

5.3. Prorated Refunds: In the event that only a portion of the service has been completed, a prorated refund may be offered at the discretion of GTAsync.

5.4. Account Suspension: In the unlikely event that your account is suspended by the game developer due to our services, GTAsync will offer you a satisfactory replacement account or a full refund, based on your preference.

6. Service Delivery

6.1. Timeframes: Upon successful payment, the service will begin within the timeframe specified during the order process. The duration of the service depends on the specific service purchased.

6.2. Progress Updates: Our professional support agents will keep you informed about the progress of your order 24/7. You may contact our team at any time to receive updates.

6.3. Completion of Services: Upon completion of the service, you will receive notification and confirmation. Please review the final results to ensure that the service matches your expectations.

7. Privacy and Security

7.1. Confidentiality: Your privacy and security are our top priorities. All boosting services are handled by trusted, professional players. We do not disclose your purchase details to any third party, and your personal information will be kept confidential at all times.

7.2. Data Access: GTAsync will only request access to your GTA Online account for the purposes of completing the boosting service. Once the service is complete, we will no longer have access to your account.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. Platform Responsibility: While we strive to provide high-quality services, GTAsync is not liable for any actions taken by Rockstar Games as a result of using our services. This includes account bans or suspensions.

8.2. User Responsibility: You acknowledge that you are using these services at your own risk and that boosting services may be in violation of GTA Online’s terms of service.

8.3. Account Suspension: In the unlikely event that your account is suspended by the game developer due to our services, GTAsync will offer you a satisfactory replacement account or, if you choose, a full refund.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1. Arbitration: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek resolution through the arbitration services offered by GTAsync. Our team will mediate and provide a fair solution based on the evidence presented.

9.2. Resolution Timeframe: Disputes must be reported within 14 days of the service’s completion. Both parties must cooperate in providing all necessary documentation to resolve the matter.

10. Modifications to Terms

GTAsync reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via email or through The Platform.
